All of the Feels in Florence

Firenze!
The Duomo 7th Century Gothic Cathedral

The Cutest Restaurants

The most beautiful Gothic Churches

The only picture we took all together in Florence I think and we were so pooped
Piazzale Michelango the Highest Point in Florence with Such Pretty Views!

The last city I have to tell you about! Sadly blogging about our last place makes me feel like the trip is really over now. It was fun to write about the places as if I was re-experiencing it all over again.

We arrived late at night in Italy as our flight had been delayed in Paris due to the Stuartist's going on Strike with Air France. I was sad to leave Paris, but was beyond excited to experience Italy! When we arrived it was dark so we couldn't see much and we were a little uncertain of where our Hostel was. We decided to take a Taxi (the only Taxi we used the entire trip) to our Hostel and our dear friend Andrew was waiting outside for us when we arrived and we were so relieved to see him! He helped us check in and we put our stuff down and then he wanted to show us Firenze by night. So we found whatever we had left of energy and put our walking shoes on, to see Florence when it wasn't so crowded with people. We begged Andrew to stop first for Pizza so we grabbed a pie in the middle of the Piaza Del Duomo which was just amazing and completely surreal! Then we walked to see the Statue of David which I tastefully decided to leave out of my Blog, but you can of course Google it. We never ended up seeing the original, but we saw the replica outside and it was pretty incredible. I still kind of wish I could have seen the Original, but someday when I go back!

My favorite moment of our time in Florence was when we were walking back from our dinner one evening, all three of us supporting a pretty good wine buzz and we started singing Journey "Don't stop believing" (naturally). As we continued walking back to our Hostel I started to hear live music being played in the square. We slowed down and listened closely and realized the live music being played was the SAME song we had been singing at the exact same time! We were so excited and instantly ran over to where it was coming from. We sat down at this restaurant to listen and felt so at home with these Italian people singing songs we recognized. We sang along pretty loudly and were having the best time. It was one of those feel good moments. Like life is as it should be. Just pure fun. Hands down my favorite moment in Florence.

Aside from the fun live music we heard and the beautiful views and architecture, I of course loved the Leather Good shopping! Oh man, we were kind of in Heaven. So many fun purses and jackets and jewelry. We had alot of fun shopping.

We also went on a short hike up this hill to the Piazzale Michelangelo where you had almost 360 views of the city. We made it up there for the Sunset and we were all pretty exhausted and my feet were killing me because we walked SO much in Florence. It was at least a mile from our Hostel to the center of town, so by the time I checked my phone we had walked 12 miles one day. My feet hated me after Florence, and I was in so much pain that Shannon was so sweet and gave me a foot massage, which was the spitting image of Jesus to me that day as I was so hurting. People DO NOT play around when they say that you need proper walking shoes in Europe. It's not worth it to wear something super cute over practical. I learned my lesson for sure.

I loved Italy in general. Florence was my least favorite of the 3 places we went in Italy, but it was still magical. The views, the music, the architecture, the people, the cappuccinos (TO DIE FOR), the Hostel, the food, the Gelato and all the feels.

I cannot wait to go back to Italy one day, the Beauty is UNREAL!! If you are planning a trip to Italy or Europe in general and want some advice or tips, I would love to sit and talk with you about it!

Dress Details from my Friend's Wedding Over Labor Day

Dress: Forever 21 $30.00

AND finally this is my purse I bought myself in Italy! The cutest little accessory
Ali and Evan Dull become Man and Wife

Liberty Lake just outside of Spokane

My air bnb! The CUTEST

Just when I keep telling myself to give up on Forever 21 they end up having the perfect dress I have been looking all over for!! The off the shoulder look is harder to find than you would think. Or at least one that doesn't completely fall off of you, and one that is the appropriate length for this shorty. I also bought another dress from them that I am hopeful to wear at the Rehearsal Dinner for my friend Cayly's wedding coming up in October. Anyone else obsessed with this look like I am?

I bought the dress for my friend Ali's wedding up in Spokane, so I had a long drive up and back over Labor Day. The wedding was beautiful and so artistic and just perfectly Ali. Definitely the kind of wedding that deserves to end up in a magazine. I'm happy for my friend and glad I got to witness their wedding! I also stayed in the cutest Air BNB in Spokane!! I have nothing but positive things to say about air bnb honestly. All through Europe we stayed in them and had the cutest places and the nicest hosts! But this was a cute one night away place to stay that was the girliest place I could find and it was perfect!

Well I am happy it's Friday and looking forward to a weekend at the beach celebrating with one of my besties at her Bachelorette party!! I hope you all have restful, fun relaxing weekends or maybe I should say I hope your weekend is all you want it to be!

Love you Friends, and thankful for all of you

A Little Late to the Fashion Game on this One

Body Suit from Urban Outfitters

Nude Heels: Jessica Simpson I think from Ross

Hat: Charming Charlies

Outfit Inspo from the one and only Khloe

Girl knows how to rock her body suits and can we just quickly acknowledge the work she has put in at the gym?! You go Glen KhoKho! * Bonus points to you, if you know what movie I just referenced...*

I wasn't sure at first how I felt about this look but continued to see more and more celebs wearing bodysuits. It reminded me of elementary school when leotards were in then... But I have to say the style has grown on me big time. It's definitely a more edgy sexy look, but I think I am pretty into it. Especially if you pair it with some high waisted jeans! I saw so many cute girls rocking body suits at the Dierks Bentley concert last Thursday that was a blast btw! I wasn't sure how Dierks would be in concert but I was super impressed and really enjoyed all of his songs and his performance. I have seen so many country concerts at this point, I just love em especially when they are outside in the summer time. Next country artist on my list to see live is Eric Church!! I would LOVE to see him. **Hint Hint** ;)

But back to the bodysuits...You tell me! Guys or ladies reading this, what are your thoughts? Yay or Nay?! Guys is this one of those fashion trends where the ladies think it's so cute and amazing but you guys are not into it at all like Ugg Boots...

Date nights are always fun to look forward to, and for me that involves what I am going to wear because duh that's half the fun! However finding the perfect outfit is something us girls always struggle with especially when it's a first date! So what was I thinking for my date night inspiration?! Something I am comfortable in for sure, something I feel confident in and something I feel pretty in. I decided on a bodycon dress from Express, and threw on a sweater to tone down the dress just a little and for warmth as it gets chillier in the evenings in fall. Adding a pair of heels always makes me feel a little more flirtatious too so I decided on my lace up heels by Steve Madden that I have been obsessed with since I got them. I added a choker necklace because those are apparently coming back in, and added a cute clutch to complete the outfit. To all the ladies reading this right now, isn't it also fun to wear really feminine lacey items underneath the dress?! That always makes me feel just that much more beautiful (even though no one will see it but me). But hey! I like to feel all put together for a date and so for me that's part of it. My favorite place to shop for those intimate items is adoreme.com. So many different styles and colors and works for every body type with the addition of their plus size line!  Definitely go check them out!
